I recently purchased my reebok i run treadmill from www.fitness-and-leisure.co.uk and i must say for the money they are a quality bit of kit.

I haven't used it as much as i'd like to due to other commitments but hopefully in the next few months i will get time to use it at least 5 times a week :)

I always work for my leg muscle in order to jump higher. I do plyometrics and some explosive workouts like lunges and box jump. I even do weighted box jump. I found it very effective with my goals of jumping higher but of course before doing this exercise, person should be well informed enough to avoid injuries or accidents.

It could be bad bearings in one of the rollers that is causing this, so I would definitely get it looked at.

Very helpful reviews and as a consequence have just had a Tunturi T30 delivered - a novices question: is it normal for a the belt to make a thumping noise each time it pases over the rollers or should I seek a replacement?

Thanks for raising exposure for dog strollers. You are correct about the help a dog stroller can provide for dogs with mobility issues such as older dogs, injured dogs or disabled dogs. The beauty of a stroller is that you can help your dog to exercise at a pace and duration that works for them given their condition.

I always encourage our customers to allow their dogs to walk as much as they can and use the stroller to give them the rest they need. It does not replace exercise. The mental stimulation a dog stroller can provide is also very important for the overall well-being of your dog.

I would disagree with your statement that to get a quality dog stroller you need to pay at least $60. Unfortunately you will not find one that will last for that price. To get a quality stroller that will keep your dog safe and that will last, you really need to pay at least $200 and for a really great dog stroller, closer to $250. Buying the flimsy strollers means you will be buying them often since they will not last, so in the long run you save money buying quality. After all isn't your older dog worth it?

Thanks for listening.
